Composite resins have shown to be increasingly efficient when correctly indicated and handled. The improvement in biomechanical bonding between tooth and restoration through adhesive systems has provided the optimization of restorative procedures, allowing a more conservative approach and maintenance of healthy dental tissues. Its use in aesthetic restorations of anterior teeth has shown satisfactory results in smile esthetics. In addition, due to their improved mechanical properties, these materials are now used in posterior teeth, ensuring clinical longevity to restorative treatment. Thus, this article presents the report of a clinical report of rehabilitation with composite resins on anterior and posterior teeth with an occlusal index to reestablish the occlusal vertical dimension.
