Oral Rehabilitation in Atrophic Maxila – Clinical Case

The objective of this article is to present a report of an oral remitter medical case with protocol about integrated bone implants with a total toothless patient of the jaw. Patient gender male, 73 years old, attended the odontological office and his main complaint was the loose upper prosthosis, and not being able to chew centain nutriment. By the way, It was fulfilled an installation of 4 cone type Alvim implants Morse 3,5 x 10 mm of the company *Neodent. Oneself presents an extense bone jaw loss, being necessary the fulfillment of freeze dried bovine grafting granulated bio-oss *Geistlich related to rich fibrin in platelets (RFP). The treatment got an excellent result and surgical sequent sucess post operative without implications. 4 months after the surgery, an installation of the fixed prosthesis on implants was fulfilled. According to the reported case It was noted, that the installation of the implants and at the same moment the relation of Rich fribrin platelets grafting bio-oss freeze-dried (R) favored and contributed on the momentum and bone neoformation and tissue, being able like this the total jaw remitter, re-establish function, aesthetics and phonetics.
