Complaints of pain in the triceps have become more frequent in recent years, after the increase in the number of bodybuilders, weightlifters and gym practitioners. Despite its very low incidence compared to other elbow disorders in these sports, little information is available on treatment methods and return to sports. We present a case report of a bodybuilder patient with tendinopathy of the distal tendon of the bilateral triceps, managed conservatively and his transition to return to sport.
