The removable partial denture (RPD) is one of the main methods of oral rehabilitation in partially edentulous patients, as it is a more practical method or a more accessible method for the population. With the technological advance, it became possible to create alternatives to enable the manufacture of prostheses from digital technologies. The objective was to review the literature in an integrative way on digital technologies in removable partial dentures. It was carried out from the literature in the PubMed, BVS and Science Direct databases, through articles published between 2012 and 2022 and without language restriction. The key terms of the search strategy were based on descriptors, synonyms, terms present in the title and abstract. The inclusion criteria in this review were studies with clinical research articles, whether observational study, clinical trial, randomized and/or controlled clinical trial, which compare digital technologies in RPD with conventional techniques. Exclusion criteria were laboratory and computational studies on the subject, research on flexible RPD, complete prosthesis, fixed prosthesis, oral and maxillofacial prosthesis, implant prosthesis, TMJ prosthesis, orthodontics, studies that do not address digital technologies in RPD or do not compare digital and conventional techniques, adhesion studies between structures produced by CAD-CAM, epidemiological and non-dental studies, clinical case, literature reviews and opinion articles, finally studies unavailable in the databases or those that could not be accessed for reading in full. According to the research findings, the VHL, Science Direct and PubMed databases obtained, respectively, 00, 02, 02 articles included. Three studies were clinical trials and one prospective clinical study, however of these 02 were pilot studies. The surveys mainly addressed RPD manufacturing techniques, such as laser sintering and poly(ether-ether-ketone), as well as assessments of patient adaptation and satisfaction. The findings of the integrative literature review observed that digital technologies in removable partial dentures are favorable to clinical practice, in terms of satisfaction with the use of the denture by patients, oral health status, oral indices and structure adjustments.
